This hotel is conveniently located close to top tourist attractions in a peaceful area. Additionally, the staff were kind and welcoming, enhancing my overall experience.

The staff are nice, well-designed room, beautiful pool, huge gym with new equipment. The hotel's location is convenient for sightseeing. The hotel feels new and lavish, great for business travelers and those attending the Asian Games. The swimming pool/bar area is especially lovely at sundown.

Everything is what i need and want.

The cozy bed and working AC were great for a good night's sleep. It was also convenient to have a Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The pool/bar area had a nice ambiance for relaxing in the evening.

The air exhaust fan was extremely dirty and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The noise level was also a major issue during our stay, with neighboring rooms and hallways being very loud.

A good location, close to popular tourist spots and a comfortable stay with adequate amenities. the hotel offers a swimming pool area with a nice bar, perfect for enjoying a sunset drink.

The hotel needs some improvements, as the underground passage to the mall is unpleasant and the stairway to the car park is inconvenient. the bathroom in the room was not in the best condition, the towels provided were old and torn, and the room was noisy due to sound from adjoining rooms.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stunning lobby and well-designed rooms. In-room dining had plenty of choices and the staff were well-trained and friendly. The location, though a bit far from the central town, was connected to malls and finding food was not a problem. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, overall I would recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant stay.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities, including a well-equipped spa and wellness center, where we enjoyed an invigorating massage and relaxed in the sauna and outdoor swimming pool. the sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers in the lush garden area provided a lovely spot to soak up the sun. the restaurant served delicious halal food and kosher options, while the bar/lounge area offered a wide selection of drinks to enjoy.

the staff quickly resolved the problem and made sure we were satisfied with the solution.
